By accessing and using Linkdeck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Linkdeck provides a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create customizable pages to share links, content, and media. The Service is available in Free, Starter, and Pro tiers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Linkdeck cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to host, display, or link to content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page, which will permanently remove all your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Linkdeck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
