Billing questions
Free plan is free forever. Paid plans under ten bucks. Cancel from the settings page, one click.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. It's in Settings under Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then drops to Free. We don't do prorated refunds for the unused bit, just to keep the billing logic sane.
Do you offer refunds?
No refunds. If you cancel mid-period your plan stays active until the end of what you already paid for, then drops to Free.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards through Stripe, so Visa, Mastercard and Amex. Apple Pay and Google Pay work where the device supports them. No crypto. Invoicing isn't a thing yet either.
Will I be charged VAT or tax?
If you're in the EU or UK, VAT gets added at checkout based on the country we have on file. Everywhere else the price you see is the price you pay, with tax already baked in where it applies.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, in both directions. Upgrades happen right away with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period, and you keep the paid features until then.
What happens if I exceed Free plan limits?
Your existing pages keep working as normal. The only thing that's blocked is creating a brand new page, until you either upgrade or delete one of the old ones. Nothing breaks and nothing gets deleted on you.
